I think I have a touch of a bug or something. Last night my throat was a little scratchy and, just before my workout, my stomach started bothering me. I almost skipped my workout, but I decided to go through with it anyway. I worked my chest and abs; doing ab work with a sour stomach is not the most pleasant activity in the world, but I got it done. This morning my stomach feels fine, and my throat is feeling better, too.
I’m glad that I’m feeling better, because Lisa and I have a nice Valentine’s evening planned. Tonight will be my first “cheat” meal in 2 weeks. Actually, it’s not even much of a cheat meal: I’m going to have a steak, a potato and a glass of wine. I’m taking off from work early, and will be doing my workout at 4:00 PM instead of 6:00 PM so that we can eat our dinner (my PWO Meal #2) around 7:00 PM instead of 8:30 or 9:00.
