I had my first “cheat” meal in two weeks for last night’s Valentine’s dinner. It was delicious! I made fillet mignon on the grill along with a garlic, herb & butter sauce, crab cakes and baked potatoes. Lisa and I also shared a very nice bottle of wine. The wine was my first alcoholic beverage in over three months. I enjoyed the wine while I was drinking it, but this morning I’m feeling somewhat run-down and less than 100%. Of course part of that run-down feeling might be due to lack of sleep, and that’s all I’m going to say about that! 😉
I’m holding about 3 pounds of excess water right now. I hate how bloated cheat meals make me feel the next day. I’m going to be having another cheat meal this Saturday for the Annual JSF Cheat Meal, but after that I’m going to do away with them altogether for the rest of my cut.
