Last night’s leg workout was a killer! I was feeling particularly strong; despite my cutting diet, I went up in weight on all lifts while keeping my reps the same as last week. It’s only been 14 hours since my workout, but this morning I’m already starting to feel the beginnings of DOMS. Very satisfying.
Tonight is a big workout: arms and delts. I like the cardio aspect of this particular workout. This workout contains a lot of volume, and the bicep/tricep supersets are extremely difficult – especially after toasting my delts. Once the workout starts, it proceeds at a fairly relentless pace.
Tomorrow night is the 2006 JSF Cheat Meal! There are going to be a lot of new faces this year, and I’m really looking forward to meeting everyone and having a great time. I’ll bring my camera, and will have some pictures up on Sunday or Monday.
Don’t forget, the annual cheat meal is ALWAYS held on the 3rd Saturday in February. If you want to come to next year’s get-together, then go ahead and pencil in February 17, 2007 on your calendar.
