100% consistency this week.

At the beginning of this week I set off with the aim of returning to 100% consistency with my diet and training, and I’ve done it. It feels real good. I let myself slip for a few weeks, and it was making me miserable. I’ve worked very hard over the past five years, and I’m not accustomed to backsliding. I think the two or three weeks of slacking at least made me realize that I simply can no longer be happy operating in that mode. Over the past five years I’ve truly made a complete, permanent lifestyle change.

I’m running a little behind this morning, and I have a lot to do today so I’d better cut this update short. Happy Friday!
