Home Gym page redesign and update are complete!
Yesterday was a very productive day, but I didn’t get to relax much. After Lisa and I finished cleaning the house I got right back to work on revising the Home Gym page. I finished up around 6:00 PM, and got it uploaded shortly thereafter. You can check it out here.
I think I covered all my current equipment on the new “Stage 4″ home gym page, but I’ll go back over everything today and look for any accidental omissions or anything that requires further clarification/correction. If you have a question or see that I forgot to cover something, shoot me an email and I’ll try to address it in a future revision.
Today is back, biceps and calves. Last week was sort of a “welcome back to training” warm-up week, and this week I’m going to start stepping up the intensity. I definitely lost some strength and some lean mass while on hiatus. Even though I’m cutting right now, I should be able to gain strength and maybe even a little size thanks to muscle memory. We shall see!
