Monthly photos.

My monthly progress photos are up, and I’m pretty pleased with the improvements I’ve made over the past few weeks. My “X” shape is starting to return, and I’ve lost a significant amount of fat from my entire body. There is clearly less fat on my legs as compared to last month: space is visible between my thighs (last month my thighs were touching) and my quads are starting to show a bit of separation. My face looks leaner. My mid-section is noticeably smaller and tighter, particularly around my lower waist. Unfortunately it looks like I was caught mid-breath when the camera snapped the photo; if my posing had been better my abs would look a little more defined. I probably should have taken another picture, but I was pressed for time and didn’t bother.

From this point forward almost all the fat I lose will come from my mid-section. Like most men, my mid-section is the very first place fat is stored on my body, and the very last place it comes off. Next month’s photos should show a fairly dramatic improvement in my mid-section/abdominal definition.
