The only muscles that never get sore after weight training are my delts. I absolutely pummeled my delts last night, and could barely lift my arms enough to put shampoo in my hair after my workout. Still, they are not sore this morning. My traps, calves and abs are, though. And my pecs and triceps are still on fire from Wednesday’s workout. Ah, how I missed walking around in pain (I’m not kidding about that, I love being sore).

I did cardio on Thursday, which is normally leg day. Even though my back is feeling 100%, I wanted to give myself one more week before I start doing leg work again. I still have not decided if I’m going to BSQs again.

I stayed up until 11:30 last night, which is unheard of for me. Normally I’m in bed by 9:30 or 10:00 at the latest. I only overslept by 15 minutes this morning (I can’t believe the dogs let me sleep until 6:15!), but I’m feeling a little sluggish. I’m going to go get some cardio in and then I’m going to wash my car and run some errands.
