The past couple of weeks have been fantastic! I’m feeling very positive about my progress so far, and I’m hungry for more. Getting back on track after a lapse is never easy, so I am proud of myself for the recent dedication I’ve shown. A side-benefit to maintaining a 100% clean diet for the past two weeks is that I have been sleeping like a baby. Salty junk food always destroys my ability to get a good night sleep, so the past couple of weeks have been nice in that respect.

Yesterday afternoon Lisa and I watched some movies, and craving for popcorn was unreal. I think it’s so cool that Lisa is eating clean with me – it’s really helping. Lisa has dropped a few pounds (it’s not like she needed to, but she’s happy anyway), and is feeling great. Still, I can’t believe she didn’t have popcorn yesterday – I know she wanted some! She is really supporting me and showing impressive willpower! We made some microwave popcorn for Loki but, of course, neither of us ate any. Surprisingly it smelled pretty good (I normally can’t stand microwave popcorn). I know I’m really craving popcorn when the crappy microwaved stuff smells enticing.

I’m excited about today’s leg workout. I feel quite good this morning, and I’m looking forward to the challenge.

I’ve opened the July “100 Challenge” for entry. Details are immediately below…
