Last weekend’s cheat meal was so healthy and delicious that Lisa and I decided that we’re going to make the exact same thing again this weekend. I’m not sure if we’ll be having the cheat meal on Saturday or Sunday night, but this time I promise that I’ll remember to take a picture of the bruschetta and post it here the next day. As mouth-watering as the bruschetta looks, it tastes even better! If you’ve never had good bruschetta, take a look at the simple recipe (link above) and give it a try some time. It’s awesome!

The Frank’s Hot Sauce and Cholula Hot Sauce that I’ve been using lately have done an amazing job of adding fresh life to my regular meals. I’ve discovered that I prefer Cholula over my egg whites, and Frank’s on my grilled chicken breasts. These sauces have proven to be excellent, inexpensive and simple ways to change the entire flavor profile of quite a few of my meals. Zero calories, and one bottle goes a long way. If you like heat, give these sauces a try.

It’s been a great week of workouts, and later today I’m going to close out the week with a fantastic delts and traps workout. PWO #2 will be chili and brown rice! I have been enjoying the chili so much that I think of it as a cheat meal.
