In yesterday’s update I talked about quite a few exciting JSF projects that are currently underway, and a couple that have already been completed. If you missed the update, you might want to take a couple minutes and give it a quick read.

One of the items I discussed yesterday was a (still unnamed) premium home gym system that will soon be on the market. I made an initial announcement on the forum, and included a link to a simple form you can fill out if you want to keep abreast of the latest developments. Unfortunately if you filled out the form yesterday prior to 6:00 PM (EDT), there was a technical issue that may have prevented your data from being properly stored. If you filled out the form prior to 6:00 PM (EDT), then I’m afraid you’ll need to re-submit it. I apologize for the inconvenience.

Yesterday I worked my back and biceps. The hip pain I was experiencing on Monday is nearly gone, but I decided to play it safe and skip deads this week. I was able to do t-bar rows and bent-over barbell rows with no problems. I also did some heavy dumbbell pullovers supersetted with lighter wide-grip lat pulldowns (taken to failure). By this time tomorrow morning my lats are going to be killing me!

I’ve got a busy day ahead, including a conference call this morning at 9:00 AM that involves the situation at work. It could be good news, or it could be very bad news. Last night I knew this call was coming, but I didn’t feel stressed at all. I seem to have worked past the stress I felt a couple weeks ago. I’ve accepted the reality of the situation, and I am confident that no matter what happens with my current job I’m still going to be OK.
