Yay, it’s finally Friday! I’m feeling very good about this past week: I had some truly excellent workouts, my diet has been good, my strength is coming back, I still have a job, I got a lot of work done on the new site re-design (check out the early screenshot of the new site that I posted yesterday if you like – comments welcome) and I got a lot of work done at my full-time job. Yep, it’s been a very productive week indeed!

Today I have a lot of work to do, but as soon as I’m done I’m going to get right back to work on the new web site. This weekend I have to clean the house and do a bit of yard work, but other than that I’m going to devote most of my time to working on the all-new JSF.

Right now I’m in the middle of re-designing the training page, and it’s proving to be no small task. I’m breaking up each “phase” of my training into separate pages, and the training index page will provide a brief synopsis of each phase (with data such as which training program I used, the overall success/lack of success I experienced and so on). I am also thinking about including before and after pictures for each training phase, and perhaps linking over to the food logs associated with each training period. I briefly considered combining the diet section (my food logs) and the training section, but I don’t think that’s a good idea. I like cross-linking those two areas, though. My #1 design goal is to make finding the information you are looking for easy and intuitive.
