I had another excellent workout (back and biceps) yesterday afternoon! I mentioned yesterday that I was going to finish up the workout with a “down the rack” set of burnout DB hammer curls, and that’s exactly what I did. Last night my forearms kept cramping up, and this morning my biceps and forearms are already protesting. By tomorrow morning they will really be hurting. I seem to be on a pretty good roll with my training here lately, and I will keep the momentum going this afternoon with an awesome delts and traps workout.

I’ve been talking about the JSF site re-design quite a bit, but another major JSF project that is currently under development (by a programmer far more talented than I) has only had a couple of brief mentions. This project is very ambitious, and will represent the largest and most significant improvement to JSF ever. The project is called the JSF BodyShop, and it’s going to be awesome. There is nothing out there like it (so if you think it’s going to be a simple rehash of bodybuilding.com’s Bodyspace, think again). In the very near future (possibly as soon as next week) I will release a partial feature list, and perhaps some early screenshots.

One more day of work, and then I get to enjoy 3 days off! We’re going to have some family over for a day of grilling out, movies and popcorn, so that should be a lot of fun. I’m also going to set aside a good bit of time to continue working on the JSF web site, along with a couple other JSF-related projects.

Have a fantastic day. Train hard!
