Yesterday I did a fasted 45-minute cardio session – my second fasted LISS workout of the week. I guess I was just in the mood for it. Tomorrow and Sunday I’ll gets some HIIT cardio in for sure.

My scale weight is still at 184.6 pounds, and that’s exactly the same weight as last Sunday. It’s very possible that I’m going to have to cut calories a bit as I burn off the last ~4 pounds of fat. I don’t think any drastic changes will be required, just cutting a couple hundred calories per day should do the trick. I’ve got a couple more days before I take my weekly measurements and body fat reading, so I’ll wait and see what happens between now and then before I make any changes. Right now I’m eating roughly 2,000 calories per day. My complete cutting diet (tracked down to the last calorie) can always be found on my JSF BodyShop™ profile. Today is my back and biceps workout, and I’ll be switching things around a bit. As I’ve done with my other workouts this week, I’m going to combine the intensity and core training styles into one workout for the remainder of my cut. I have not finalized the workout yet, but I’m thinking heavy deads, low rows supersetted with body weight wide-grip pull-ups, bent over barbell rows, heavy barbell curls, hammer curls and maybe a couple sets of burnout bodyweight chin-ups.

I’d better get started on my work, lots to accomplish today. Happy Friday!
