As I mentioned earlier this week, Lisa’s parents are going to come over Sunday to help celebrate the end of my cut. Sunday will be a total “free” day – no training and no restrictions on my diet. I’ve also decided to take Monday off from work, and so has Lisa. Lisa’s parents are going to spend the night on Sunday, and we’re going to keep the party going through Monday. I know I mentioned we’re all going to go out for Mexican food on Sunday, and I probably don’t have to tell regular readers of this blog what we’ll be having for lunch on Monday. If you didn’t guess pork barbecue with a double order of fries and garlic bread then you must have blocked out my constant whining for that particular meal about halfway through my cut.

After all these months of being so strict, a couple days off with no boundaries is going to feel amazing. I’ll enjoy this weekend’s reward even more knowing that I stuck to my cutting plan 100% and have truly earned this indulgence. After Monday I’ll resume my clean diet, but I’ll up my calories to maintenance level – probably around ~500 more calories per day. I’m going to allow myself a cheat meal or two per week through the summer. JSF BodyShop™ makes logging my diet so easy that I will continue to log my diet on a daily basis. Also, to keep tabs on my body fat I’ve decided to continue to track my measurements, body fat and weight on BodyShop while I’m maintaining. I’ll update my stats on a weekly basis, probably on Sundays.

I’ve got to get to work, lots to do today. See you tomorrow!
