I’m really pressed for time this morning, so this is going to be a pretty brief update…
Yesterday was my final weight training workout on my current cut, and I finished up by hitting deadlift personal record for 2010. Not a bad feat at the lightest weight I’ve been at in years!
As most of you know, today is the final day of my 17 week cut. This morning I’m down to 179.2 pounds, so it looks like my total scale weight loss for this cut will come in at a little over 27 pounds. Tomorrow I’ll take my final measurements, scale weight and body fat reading and close this one out.
Today I’ll be doing one last cardio session, and will eat my usual cutting diet. I’m not doing doing anything special to drop water weight or dry out, as that’s not what this cut was about.
I can’t wait for tomorrow: fajitas, margaritas and popcorn!!!
