Even though I’ve taken this week off from lifting, my right wrist is hurting as bad as ever. Just twisting open a jar really hurts, and doing stuff like bunny hopping on my bike is all but impossible. The wrist has been bothering me long enough now that clearly it’s not going to get better. I guess I’m going to have to see my doctor about it. I was really hoping to avoid that.
This has been the first week since my cut ended, and I have not had any cravings for junk food since my free weekend. In fact, my normal healthy diet is what I’ve been craving. I’ve been eating slightly more calories that I was when I was cutting, and will continue to slowly ramp up to about 500 calories more per day over my cutting diet. I checked my weight this morning and I’m less than a pound from where I was when I ended my cut. I’ll be taking weekly measurements and body fat readings all summer long to make sure I stay below 10% body fat. I may start taking the measurements on Saturday morning instead of Sunday morning. Remember, my daily diet, weekly stats and training will now be posted exclusively on our new free web site, JSF BodyShop™. Please log in and feel free to friend me!
Friday got here in a flash. I took Monday off from work, so this felt like a very short work week. I’ve got a fair amount to get done today, but since I’m not training this afternoon I may be able to finish up around 3 or 4 PM and get an early start to the weekend. Hope you all have a good day!
