Work is kicking my butt again this week. I almost didn’t train yesterday because I was so busy, but I got in there and got it done. Lifting helped me get my mind off things for a bit, and I felt more focused and was in a better mood when I returned to work. As usual, forcing myself to train when I didn’t really feel like it turned out to a great choice. Whenever I feel like skipping a workout I always think about how good training makes me feel and that gets me off my butt.
AtLarge/WBB has just published a free mass gaining program called Hypertrophy Cluster Training (HCT-12). I have not read all the material yet, but I glanced through it and it looks very comprehensive and very interesting. I am definitely going to give it a thorough reading when I have some spare time. If I decided to bulk this fall maybe I’ll run the program and see what it can do for me. If any of you read it or decide to run it, please post your thoughts on the forum (or start a journal on the forum).
