Tonight’s dinner will be Szechwan Shrimp; No wrist pain this morning!

As I mentioned over the weekend, this week I’m going to start trying some new recipes for dinner. Tonight I’m going to make Szechwan Shrimp, which is actually not a new recipe at all; it’s an old family recipe that I’ve not had in more than 20 years. I’ll post the recipe here tomorrow and let you all know if it’s as good as I remember!

The recipes that I’ll be posting over the next few weeks will all be healthy, but won’t always be appropriate if you’re on a cutting diet or whatever. For example, the shrimp I’ll be making tonight has some ketchup in it, which is not something I’d ever eat while cutting. The reason I wouldn’t eat something like ketchup while cutting is mainly because my personal preference is to not eat processed foods while I’m dieting. I’ll be sure to post the complete macros along with the recipes I post, and I’ll try to remember to get pictures of the completed dishes as well.

Today’s looking very busy, and I’ve got a tough leg workout this afternoon as well. I didn’t do any upper body work last week due to my wrist, so I’m really looking forward to training. My wrist is actually not hurting at all this morning, which is pretty surprising. I’m still going to try to get to the doctor this week and see what he has to say about it.
