Much better day yesterday; Still have not gone to doctor about wrist.

Yesterday was a very busy day, but things went far better than they did on Tuesday. I accomplished a tremendous amount of work, and when I went to bed I was mentally drained but in a good mood. Horrible day yesterday, but today’s off to a great start!

Work, work, work; Good workout yesterday; New mass gaining program from WBB.

Work is kicking my butt again this week. I almost didn’t train yesterday because I was so busy, but I got in there and got it done. Lifting helped me get my mind off things for a bit, and I felt more focused and was in a better mood when I returned to work. Awesome weekend; Going to see doctor about my wrist; June “100 Challenge”.

I hope everyone had a great weekend! Mine was awesome, and a very nice break after a pretty difficult work week. Broke my top speed record on the bike yesterday; Today’s plans.

I came very close, but I failed to break my best average speed on yesterday morning’s bike ride. The wind was blowing pretty hard, and on a couple of the uphills where I normally maintain around 15 miles per hour I was below pace. I had the strong wind at my back during the fastest section of the route, and broke my all-time top speed record by hitting 33.8 MPH! The asphalt sure looks unfriendly… [Read more]

Figured up the nutrition facts for last night’s cheat meal, and it’s shocking.

What a week it’s been! Last night the last thing in the world I felt like doing was cooking, so I decided to have my weekly cheat meal. Great ride yesterday, broke a personal record!

I had a really good early morning bike ride yesterday. I’ve been taking the same route around my neighborhood and the surrounding bike trails lately because I like to compare my stats from one ride to the next.
