“Make me a diet and training plan!”; Personal Training Special!

Something that I see over and over again on the forums are posts from beginners who are totally lost: “Will someone please make me a fat loss diet and training plan?” While the JSF community has provided beginners with a tremendous amount of learning material and a great support network, it can still seem overwhelming. Sometimes people have the drive to lose fat, but even after researching and reading they lack the confidence and experience to know they are applying that new knowledge correctly. It’s frustrating to work hard and not get the results you expect! Creating a custom diet and training program and adjusting it as you make progress is a lot of work, and if you want someone to do that for you then you’re going to need to hire a personal trainer. Even with a good understanding of nutrition and training it can really help to hire someone to guide you along, leaving you to simply execute the plan.

I’ve worked with personal trainers several times over the years, and the best results I’ve ever had came when I worked with Aram “Mastover” Hamparian. As most of you know, Mastover is a professional natural bodybuilder with decades of bodybuilding and personal training experience. Earlier this month Aram won yet another title when he took the Overall Men’s Bodybuilding title at New Hampshire Bodybuilding Championships. He really knows his stuff, and he’s fantastic to work with. If you want someone to take the guesswork out of your diet and training plans, then this is the guy to do it. Now is a great time to get started because Mastover is running a terrific June special with weeks, and even months, of free service with the purchase of any 2, 3 or 6 month plan. Don’t waste another day feeling lost and miserable – contact Aram and get on the road to better health and a great body today! Details on the special are just below.

Personal Training with Aram “Mastover” Hamparian – JUNE SPECIAL!

For the remainder of this month I am running a special on my 2, 3 and 6 month training/nutrition programs. Purchase a two month plan and you get two additional weeks free. Purchase a three month plan and you get 4 weeks free. And if you purchase a 6 month training/nutrition package, I will give you an additional 7 weeks free consultation.

All programs are individual based according to your goals and personal info, which I gather from you. Here’s an opportunity to take the guess work out of your nutrition and training and really buckle down for some exciting progress. If you are determined to work hard and truly reach your goals, now’s a great time to get started!!

These programs contain unlimited e mail support. This special begins today and is good till June 30th!
