Something that I see over and over again on the forums are posts from beginners who are totally lost: “Will someone please make me a fat loss diet and training plan?” While the JSF community has provided beginners with a tremendous amount of learning material and a great support network, it can still seem overwhelming. Sometimes people have the drive to lose fat, but even after researching and reading they lack the confidence and experience to know they are applying that new knowledge correctly. It’s frustrating to work hard and not get the results you expect!
