Yesterday everything at work went 100% according to plan, and I successfully launched all the new servers I’ve been working on for the past few weeks. WHEW! There are about 1000 loose ends I need to tie up and a lot of little adjustments that need to be made, but things really could not have gone any smoother. Of course right after I brought the final server online and was busily checking to make sure everything was OK, an entire circuit at another place we provide service went down. It was a crazy afternoon, but I went to bed feeling really good about things.

As expected, I did not have time to do my leg workout yesterday, but I will block out an hour this afternoon to make it up. I think I’m going to take a break from the high volume 320-rep leg workout I’ve been doing lately and go real heavy with some big compounds today.

For dinner last night I made one of the new recipes I posted recently, Unbelievable Chicken. I served the chicken with some brown rice, and I jazzed up the rice a bit simply by chopping up some scallions and mixing those in. It was really good!

This morning I took my weekly measurements and body fat reading. My weight, body fat and measurements are all the same. Maintenance has been going well, and I sure haven’t been depriving myself! My diet has been pretty loose on the weekends, but I’ve been very active and eating pretty clean the rest of the time. Yesterday I wore my 29″ waist jeans, and they fit just as well as they did the day I finished my cut. I honestly expected to be around 8% body fat by now, but I’m still hovering right at 7% body fat.

Well, I’ve got a million things to accomplish today, so I’d better get to work. Thanks for stopping by!
