I had a little trouble falling asleep last night, which is really weird because I never have trouble falling asleep. I’m not sure what that was about. I went to bed pretty early, so even though I tossed and turned for an hour or so I still fell asleep shortly after 11:00 PM. I slept through the entire night and woke up at 6:30 AM feeling well rested. Good thing, because today is leg day! Last week’s leg workout was one of the most difficult leg workouts I’ve ever done, and this week I’ve got to raise the bar once again. It’s not going to be easy, but I’m confident I can do it. I’ll just take it one set at a time.

Yesterday completed three weeks with no alcohol. This past week was the easiest of the three, but there have definitely been some cravings here and there. Yesterday evening I had my splurge meal, and a drink sounded mighty tempting. I’ve been feeling really good since I gave up alcohol, and remembering that fact is what has helped me the most when it comes to dealing with cravings. It also helped to think of my friend Matt’s discipline (M@ on the forums), who just made it through his friggin’ bachelor party 100% sober. :bow:

I’m starting a new trend: golf course HIIT cardio. I told my brother I’m going to keep doing this until I get arrested. He dryly replied, “Solid plan.” :talktothehand Whatever… the world is my sandbox! (HD version here)…
