Last night for dinner I made Unbelievable Chicken, brown rice mixed with chopped green onions & fresh tomato and steamed broccoli. That chicken recipe is soooo good! After Lisa and I ate our dinner we went into the kitchen to start cleaning up. While we were cleaning neither of us could shut up about how good the chicken was. There were three chicken breasts left over: two 7-oz breasts, and one small 4-oz breast. Lisa said, “I just want to cut off one more little bite…” I said, “Let’s just cut this small piece up and share it while we clean!” So we did. Loki had some, too. This recipe is one of my favorites – highly recommend!

If you missed yesterday’s blog, you might want to give it a quick read. In the blog entry I talk about some major changes that will be coming to JSF over the next few months. I completed some of the Operating System upgrades yesterday afternoon, actually. Downtime was less than five minutes.

Today is a cardio day, but I’m going to skip my usual bike ride and go do some projects out in the front gardens before work. Have a good day!
