I didn’t do much of a real bike ride yesterday, but I did get out in the driveway for a little over an hour to work on basics like bunny hops, track stands, riding skinnies, stoppies and balance. Much like when I was first learning proper form for weight training exercises, I always record my bike skill practice sessions. I find it invaluable to go back and review the video footage so I can watch and learn from my (many) mistakes. It’s also nice to have a camera rolling to capture any really sweet crashes. I put a few new pictures in my media thread.

I’m totally digging the morning weight training workouts I’ve been doing for the past couple of weeks! Not only do I have extra energy compared to the afternoon workouts, I seem to be more alert and in a better mood all day long as well. It’s also nice that I no longer have to carve an hour out of a busy afternoon (or train after work). I go to bed early and get up early, so these morning workouts make a lot of sense for me. Yeah, I’m definitely sticking with the AM workouts.

So, I’m off to train chest, delts and triceps. Have a great day!
