I hope you all had a fun and safe Thanksgiving! We had a lot of fun, and dinner turned out incredible! Not only did all the food taste great, but the timing of all the dishes was spot-on (the hardest part of cooking a big dinner, IMO). We ate so much that none of us were able to eat desert later that night because we were all still stuffed! I have picture and video, but I’m not allowed to post anything until Lisa approves the pictures. 😆 She had to work this morning, so I’ll get them posted over the weekend sometime.

I’ve decided to wait until my originally planned date of January 3, 2010 to start my cut. What I am going to to in December is start tightening up my diet a bit. I’m still going to have a cheat meal or two per week (especially on Christmas day) and enjoy some baked goods, but the rest of the time I’m going to eat very clean. I don’t really expect to lose any fat in December, but I don’t think I’ll gain any either. In January I’ll be going on a hardcore cut, and I’m going to do some things a little differently this time around. I’ll talk more about some of the changes in the coming week.

Well, I’ve got house guests out in the family room so I’m got to get off the computer and go see what everyone is up to. Have a great day!
