Chicken Ranch Salad

Description

This salad is healthy, easy to throw together, satisfying and very tasty. I like making this when I need a good protein/fat meal and don’t have much time.

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces grilled chicken breast, cold, chopped into bite-sized chunks
  • 6 cups salad greens
  • 2 small tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 small onion, thinly sliced
  • Fresh basil to taste, chopped
  • 2 oz toasted almonds, crushed
  • 4 Tbsp Ranch salad dressing

Instructions

  • Put all ingredients in a bowl, toss together.

Notes

Yield: 2 servings. Add salt and fresh cracked black pepper to taste.
