Key West Chicken


Fire up the grill and get ready to enjoy a taste of South Florida! This healthy sweet & sour chicken dish is a favorite at our summer cookouts.


  • 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
  • 1.5 tablespoons honey
  • 4 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1.5 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Fresh ground black pepper to taste
  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts


  • In a glass bowl mix well the soy sauce, garlic, lime juice, vegetable oil, black pepper and honey.
  • Place chicken in the mixture. Cover, and marinate at least 1 hour or up to 24 hours.
  • Preheat an outdoor grill for medium heat.
  • Lightly oil the grill grate.
  • Place chicken on the prepared grill, and cook 6 to 8 minutes per side, until juices run clear.

  1. made this tonight. it was delicious. only thing i added was to squeeze some fresh lemon and black pepper over it right before serving. thanks. is the nutrition info going to be available soon?
