Protein Pancakes

Photo coming soon!

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 3/4 cup oatmeal
  • 3 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 4 teaspoons sugar
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 1/2 skim milk
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 scoops whey protein powder
  • 2 ripe bananas chopped into bite sized pieces
  • 1 cup walnuts

  • Add all ingredients in bowl and mix until slightly lumpy
  • Let sit for 10 minutes
  • Cook in desired size on skillet 3 minutes per side or until slightly brown

Yield: 10 pancakes. The sweetness in the bananas makes these easy to eat without syrup. If more sweetness is desired, 1 tbsp agave nectar is a great addition.
