This delicious and soothing tea is a nightly bedtime tradition in our house!

Before I go any further with my review I need to put things in proper perspective: I do not like hot tea. Never have–thought I never would. I’ve tried quite a few hot teas over the course of my life, but I never cared for any of them.

Well, last year when I was cutting there were nights when I would have trouble falling asleep. Around that time Lisa was raving about how good this new Yogi Bedtime Tea she was drinking was, and how relaxed and calm it made her feel right before bed. She kept telling me to try it, and I never would. One evening Lisa finally convinced me to have a cup, and I couldn’t believe how much I enjoyed it!
