Turkey Sausage Balls
Description
Good alternative to the real thing. Great for breakfast or snacks.
Ingredients
- 1 lb 90/10 turkey sausage
- 2 cups old fashioned oats
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees (F)
- Put oats in blender or food processor and blend until the consistency of flour.
- Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix together well.
- Roll into balls slightly smaller than golf balls.
- Place meatballs on a cookie sheet and bake 18-20 minutes.
Notes
Yield: Approximately 22 meatballs.
