Turkey Sausage Balls


Good alternative to the real thing. Great for breakfast or snacks.


  • 1 lb 90/10 turkey sausage
  • 2 cups old fashioned oats
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese


  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees (F)
  • Put oats in blender or food processor and blend until the consistency of flour.
  • Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix together well.
  • Roll into balls slightly smaller than golf balls.
  • Place meatballs on a cookie sheet and bake 18-20 minutes.


Yield: Approximately 22 meatballs.
