Spicy Green Chile Pinto Beans With Chicken

I just added the new Spicy Green Chile Pinto Beans With Chicken recipe that Lisa and I first made about a week ago. We made this again yesterday evening, and this time we made a huge batch that produced around ten 10-ounce servings. I took a new picture, too. 🙂

Because this recipe freezes and reheats so well, I went ahead and posted the 10-serving version of the recipe. If you don’t want to make ten full servings the recipe will work just as well halved or even quartered. What we do is put individual servings (10 ounces each) in round Gladware Storage Containers and then freeze them. The meal reheats in mere minutes using the microwave, and I mix it with 1/2 cup of cooked brown rice (which I also prepare in large batches and freeze in 1/2 cup servings).
