New AtLarge product: Nitrean+!

AtLarge Nutrition has just released a brand new product: Nitrean+! This product takes the already awesome Nitrean (the only protein powder I’ve used since early 2006) and then improves on it. Just like Nitrean, Nitrean+ incorporates a unique blend of 3 different fractions of whey (isolate, concentrate, and hydrolyzed), casein, and egg proteins, however Nitrean+ adds more whey isolate and 5g of the branched chain amino acid leucine. Nitrean+ also comes in a brand new flavor, Dutch Chocolate.

Nitrean+ is so new that my first tub has not yet arrived. I’ve been using Nitrean for more than five years, and I still love the flavors (I use Chocolate and Vanilla about equally) every bit as much now as I did back in 2006. Chris (owner of AtLarge Nutrition) told me that he personally finds the new Nitrean+ Dutch Chocolate flavor to be even better than Chocolate Nitrean, so I can’t wait to try the new flavor. Like I said above, I have a tub of Nitrean+ on the way to me now and I’ll post a review here once I’ve had a chance to taste it.

I’ve been up since 4:25 this morning. I’m not sure why I’ve been waking up so early this week, but I’m definitely enjoying the extra time that getting up this early gives me. As I type this it’s only 5:20 AM and I’ve already accomplished a lot of work. Normally I’m not even up for another 40 minutes or so! I should be able to finish up my work a few hours sooner than usual and get an early start on my weekend.
