I enjoyed my week off from weight training, but by Friday I was dying to lift. Today I’m back to training, and I can’t wait to get in the gym this afternoon and destroy my legs. I’m always extra sore when I return to training after a week off or change my lifting routine up. This week I’m changing all my weight training exercises and returning from a week break, so that’s sort of a perfect storm for a ridiculous amount of soreness. Bring it on!
