AtLarge Nutrition Nitrean

As many of you already know, one of AtLarge Nutrition’s most popular products (Chocolate Nitrean) has been out of stock due to issues with their cocoa supplier. Thankfully I had a very good supply of Chocolate Nitrean during this shortage (it’s probably my favorite flavor), but for those of you have been patiently waiting this morning I’m pleased to report that not only is Chocolate Nitrean back in stock, it’s on sale! For a very limited time save 7 dollars per jug. Supply is limited, so stock up while they last. For more information and a special message from Chris Mason (owner of AtLarge), please click here.

Reminder, all current sales, specials and promotions can always be found in the Current Promotions section of this site (gray sub-navigation bar just below the main navigation menu). Mastover is currently running an amazing special on his 3-month diet, training and diet + training programs, so be sure to check that out, too.

Last night I made the spicy Acapulco chicken stir fry again, and it came out as good as it did the first time I made it. This time I took a photograph, and so I’ll be adding this deliciously bold and very healthy dish to the Recipe section of this site tomorrow morning.

Yesterday morning I really was in the mood to lift weights, and not so much in the mood to deal with the heat outside. So I skipped my mountain biking ride and lifted instead. It was a great workout, and I’m glad that I didn’t feel locked in to doing something I didn’t really feel like doing. Of course last night all I could think about was mountain biking, so I went ahead and got everything all ready to hit the trails first thing this morning. I’m finishing up breakfast now, and will be walking out the door in just a few minutes for a nice early morning ride. I’m not sure how many miles I’m going to do (it’s going to be another exceptionally hot day), but I’ve packed enough water and Sport Beans to go 30+ miles if I’m feeling it.
