I think I might have a cold; January 2012 “100 Challenge” open for entry.
I’m not sure if it’s just allergies or perhaps a bug, but I’ve had stuffy sinuses and a headache on and off since Saturday. Lisa is experiencing the same thing. Thankfully I’ve been able to keep the pain tolerable with sinus medication and Tylenol, but I’m also feeling a little run down.
Actually if this is a bug of some sort, that might explain why I felt so lazy this past weekend. I had a really good workout on Monday, but I didn’t feel like exercising yesterday at all. Today I’m still feeling “off”–a little run down and stuffy–but that’s not going to keep me out of the gym. I am going to wait until this afternoon to train, however. Hopefully by then the sinus meds will reduce the pressure in my head.
All the software upgrades were completed without incident yesterday morning. Total downtime was less than 5 minutes. It’s a good thing, because I was not feeling up to diagnosing any problems!
