Fridays are always very busy days for me, and so is the first of the month. When the first of the month happens to fall on a Friday? It’s… unpleasant. 🙁
It’s supposed to rain most of the day, so it’s a perfect day for my upper body workout. Last week I went heavy, and my right shoulder was bothering me. I’m happy to report that my shoulder feels just fine this morning, so I’m go for my workout. Today I’ll be using moderate weights and high intensity: short rest intervals, supersets, giant sets and drop sets.
A quick word about the Transformation Spotlight of the Month. I’ve had a total of one nomination over the past four months. Over the years I’ve discovered quite a few of the TSMs myself, but I can’t do it alone.
