Excellent workout yesterday; Yard work day. The heat and humidity may not be fun to mountain bike in, but the plants and animals love it!

I decided for yesterday’s upper body workout to do a very high intensity workout using moderate weights and high reps. The maximum rest interval between sets was 1 minute, and most of the time it was closer to 45 seconds. Stressful day yesterday: didn’t exercise, but ate clean. Fresh from the garden!

What a day yesterday was. Thankfully I got all those network problems taken care of by mid-day, and then was able to complete my usual workload without having to work too much later than usual.
