Super busy; This morning’s workout; Final day of Mastover sale.
I am slammed with work this morning, and tomorrow is going to be just as hectic as today.
As soon as I post this blog I’m going to take 30 minutes and get a weight training workout in, but after that I don’t think I’m going to have much free time for the remainder of the work week. I was really hoping to get some mountain biking in today, but that’s not looking very likely now. I don’t think I’m even going to have time to ride the trainer. 🙁
If I can’t ride today my total miles for January is going to wind up at just 278 miles. Apart from workouts on the trainer all those miles were mountain biking. Still, that’s a pretty weak start to 2013. I’m going to have to step it up in February!
For this morning’s workout I’m going to do clean & presses and some ab work with my ab wheel. It’s been a while since I’ve done ab rollouts, and so I can pretty much guarantee my mid-section is going to be very sore for the next few days. Good.
