AtLarge Nutrition takes personal service to a new level.
Yesterday JSF member Sam Taylor shared something on Facebook with me that I thought was pretty cool…
When Sam placed a recent order with long-time JSF sponsor AtLarge Nutrition, in the “Customer Comments” section he typed in the following:
“Can you draw a sweet Unicorn on the Packaging?”
When Sam’s order arrived, this is what he found (click to enlarge):
The budding artist who packed Sam’s order even took the time to use multiple colors.
While on the surface this may seem sort of silly and pointless, I don’t think it is. Think about your recent customer service interactions. How many times have you received truly personal service? I think it’s pretty cool that the folks at AtLarge not only actually read the “Customer Comment” field, but they even take a few moments out of their busy day for the sole purpose of making their customers smile. I wish more companies were like that.
In case you were wondering, Sam named this rainbow-vomiting Equus Monoceros “Sparkle Friend McUnicorn”.
