Unable to train yesterday, feel like I'm going crazy!
Yesterday I was buried in work from first thing in the morning until almost 7:00 PM. I barely had time to eat my lunch (at my desk), let alone break away for a ride.
This morning I can tell that I didn’t ride yesterday. I feel like I’m coming out of my skin. I’m anxious, and even a little irritable.
You know what will fix all that real quick? A tough workout. 🙂 I have a lot to do today, but no matter what happens I am breaking away this morning for a brutal 1.5 hour workout on the trainer. Working out will set my mind and body right, and make the day much more productive. As it is now I can barely focus because I need to exercise.
And, on that note, I’m going to take advantage of the relative quiet and get some work done before I hit the trainer. Have a great day!
