Thanks to a couple days of dietary indulgences over the Thanksgiving holiday I was very bloated for last Sunday’s stats. This week I ate ultra-clean, and my stats have nearly returned to their pre-Thanksgiving norms.
Activity level over the past week has been fairly low. I’ve been very short on time, and late in the week I started to feel like I was coming down with a cold. So far this week I’ve only ridden 132 kilometers (82 miles), but I’ll probably grab a quick ride this morning to get myself over the 160 kilometer (100 mile) mark. Still, that’s not a great deal of riding for me. I also did one weight training workout this week, but it was a fairly low volume workout with one exception: I destroyed my abs with multiple sets of painful ab rollouts. Good stuff.
Here are my cardiovascular statistics for this week (as measured by the Timex Ironman Heart Rate Monitor and the Garmin Edge 500 – Red Premium Bundle). For more information on these statistics, please check out my February 14, 2011 blog.
