I do not currently own a power meter, however–thanks to TrainerRoad’s excellent Virtual Power–I am able to do indoor training workouts in my Bike Torture Chamber using wattage targets based on my FTP (Functional Threshold Power). It’s hard to believe that tomorrow wraps up the second week of my 2014 cut. Time flies when you’re focused, in the zone and kicking ass! Slept incredibly well; Big training day; JSF online coaching job available. I don't really sleep with a stuffed bear. Well, not too often, anyway.

Music while exercising.

It doesn’t matter if I’m lifting weights, performing a little laid back LISS cardio, killing myself with insane interval work in my Bike Torture Chamber, ripping up the mountain bike trails (solo) or out on my road bike (solo, and when safety permits)–I have to have my music!
