Making good progress; More tilapia goodness last night!
It’s hard to believe that tomorrow wraps up the second week of my 2014 cut. Time flies when you’re focused, in the zone and kicking ass! The past couple of weeks have been very enjoyable: eating ultra-clean, training very hard every single day, 100% focus on my goals…. I love this stuff!
My hard work is paying off. It looks like this has been another very productive week of fat loss. As of this morning I’m down 1.4 pounds from last Sunday’s scale weight, which is right on target (aiming for 1-2 pounds per week). I’m getting a little ahead of myself: full report with all-new measurements and body fat reading in tomorrow’s blog. I’m expecting some decent changes to my soft tape measurements and, of course, my body fat reading. I’m already looking visibly leaner in the mirror. With ~17 pounds still to go, I’m going to be a wee fella when I reach my goal. Hopefully a very fast wee fella.
Last night for meal #4 I prepared the Spicy Lime Tilapia with Baby Spinach, Asparagus and Scallions that I tried for the first time last Friday. Lisa and I both loved the dish so much that we couldn’t wait to enjoy it again! I snapped the photograph to the right just before cooking. It really is an attractive meal, but it tastes even better than it looks. Not only is it delicious, it’s healthy and weighs in at just 200 calories! This gem has rocketed to my top 5 favorites. Definitely give it a try.
JSF is looking to bring a new online coach into the fold. Many people–even experienced trainees–find that having an impartial and knowledgeable coach to be indispensable. I am looking for an experienced individual (or team) who can provide online diet and coaching services to our members and guests. This would be an Official Sponsorship gig, which sets the bar high. If you have what it takes and are interested in learning more, feel free to contact me.
