Maintenance diet to be posted starting Monday; BTC article update.
Some of you have asked me to post a week or two of my maintenance diet on MyFitnessPal. I’m going to oblige starting this coming Monday (April 13, 2015).
I’ll post a full week, perhaps even two weeks, of my entire maintenance diet. The food logs will include everything I consume that has calories: meals, snacks, beverages, alcohol–everything.
I normally don’t track my calories when I’m maintaining, so I have to admit that I’m a little curious about how many calories I am consuming right now. Should be interesting.
Moving on to another subject: my revised Bike Torture Chamber article. I have not forgotten about this article. I did the photo re-shoot, and am happy with how everything came out. I do need to grab a couple more closeup shots, but most of the photography is done. Sorry it’s taking so long to get this one posted. Between work and training my free time has been limited over the past few weeks. I’ve been forced to work on the article in very small time slices, and that’s not how I work best. I will block out some time this weekend to finish this up, I promise.
