Another pre-cut epic Costco run in store…
One of the ways I ensure a successful cut is to rid the house of anything that isn’t part of my plan, and stock up on nothing but the good stuff.
Even though I’ll be doing this cut a little differently than usual (see this past Tuesday’s blog) and having a weekly cheat meal, I will probably be going out to eat for that, or ordering pizza. So there won’t be any junk food in the house. Oh, wait. I do have theater popcorn in stock. I’m allowing myself one cheat snack per week, too, and it will almost always be movie theater popcorn. A movie is not a movie without that. 🙂
Here is a list of the foods I’ll have on hand when my cut starts. Most of these items will be purchased in bulk at Costco, while fresh fruits and fresh vegetables will be purchased with quick runs to the market during the week.

Various stir fry veggies

Unsweetened almond milk
I’m getting stoked! I feel so dumpy right now, I can’t wait to get back to fighting weight.
