Since my cut started almost 2 weeks ago, I’ve received a handful of questions by email and PM. Most, if not all, of the questions have been addressed in various past blogs. Of course finding that information in the sea of 4,000+ (and counting!) daily blogs can be tricky…
The search feature, found on the right side of the main menu bar, is helpful. Try to be as specific as possible with your keywords. If you simply search for, say, “fat loss”, you’re going to get more than 50 pages of results.
You may find what you’re looking for in my FAQ. The FAQ was created during my initial transformation back in 2003, and it’s been revised many times since then. That said, it’s been a few years since I’ve given it a good once-over. I should probably do that sometime. Still, most of the information there is still relevant if you’re wondering about my initial transformation and some of the subsequent bulks and cuts.
The Articles section of the site contains some of my more focused blogs. You’ll find articles on everything from fat loss, motivation, substance abuse, bikes and much more.
