Still working on my 2015 year in review blog; My diet this week.
I was planning to have my 2015 Cycling Year In Review blog on deck for this morning, but I was really busy being exceptionally lazy yesterday and didn’t work on it at all. I started working on the blog this morning, but a lot happens over the course of a year, and there’s still quite a bit of work to do. I’ll be able to devote some more time to the blog over the weekend, and will have it ready for launch on Monday morning.
Even though I continued with a relaxed diet this week, my scale weight has not changed much. I mostly ate clean–in fact I have not had any splurge meals at all. I did have movie theater popcorn a couple of times, and I ate some snack mix. I didn’t drink any beer, either, just some red wine.
I may (read: will) have a cheat meal tonight, though, so tomorrow’s stats should be extra ugly. At least I’m not looking at a cut, just a couple weeks eating a little under maintenance and I’ll be back to my target maintenance weight of 160-165 pounds. It’s been a fun holiday/vacation. No regrets.
