    Your page is the best I’ve ever found in fitness/transformation searches. Great motivation, keep it going on!

    I’m on the opposite way now.
    I was cutting my weight by 2 years of road cycling (-25kg). After that on the next 2 years I trained myself up (with coach) to nearly top of the amateur competition levels. At good form my FTP was 305W@4,7w/kg, 1′ 641W, 5′ 388W 37yrs.

    At the end of the last season I decided step out road bike racing and focusing on diet / weight training to build up a muscular body. It’s time to study your articles, forums.
