In addition to the 479-day streak of daily progress photos that I took when I started my transformation back in 2003 (see “Pictures By Day”, below), I’ve taken hundreds of other pictures over the years. You’ll find many of those pictures on this page, as well as links to even more.

Pictures By Month
One picture for every month since I started (through March 2009). I no longer take these posed progress pictures, but I still post lots of random pictures (above).
Pictures By Day
These pictures were taken every single day from January 6, 2003 through April 28, 2004 (479 consecutive days). The pictures were taken during my initial transformation, and they helped change my life.
